Legal Research Digest 37
Through an ongoing contract, Woodward staff edit and manage the design and production of the Transportation Research Board’s Legal Research Digests.
The digests cover developments in transportation law relating to highways, transit systems, and airports. Issues addressed range from eminent domain, environmental concerns, and risk management to zoning, security, and contracting. Legal Research Digest 37, for example, looks at Legal Arrangements for Use and Control of Real-Time Data.
This June 2011 publication, shown here, is helping transit officials and attorneys nationwide understand the legal options and limitations for real-time data ownership, protection, and use.
