Project Finance Primer
Woodward has an ongoing, fruitful relationship with the Federal Highway Administration’s Office of Innovative Program Delivery (IPD). Woodward has produced a myriad of deliverables for IPD, including exhibits, fact sheets, posters, catalogs, presentations, e-mail announcements, and flyers. IPD has also tasked Woodward with editing and designing a series of primers associated with IPD’s different program areas.
The first primer in the series that Woodward edited and designed was IPD’s Project Finance Primer. IPD’s project finance program focuses on alternative financing, including State Infrastructure Banks (SIBs), Grant Anticipation Revenue Vehicles (GARVEEs), and Build America Bonds (BABs). Project finance refers to specially designed techniques that supplement traditional highway financing methods, improving governments’ ability to deliver transportation projects. For this project, Woodward edited text provided by IPD; designed the cover, interior pages, and figures and tables; laid out approved text; and prepared Web and print files for Government Printing Office (GPO) printing.
